I feel awesome!

Today I did 40 minutes of cardio, free weights, and then took a 25 minute sweat bath whilst doing free weights! (TMI??… ) Anyway… I forgot On Demand had exercise crap, so maybe I’ll start doing it more again. Exercising will be SO easy once we move and have the huge wide open den to use! Oh Billy Blanks! You are trying to kills me!!!!!

happy exercise-ing! hahaha its been a while since i did one, the only exercise for me is walking in the malls and department stores! 10 000 steps per day to keep ya healthy! haha
