Five new items with mini reviews~

Funwarich Mousse Bath

French Vanilla mousse bath from Bison’s Funwarich series. Time of Luxury

The scent of the salt or powder in the bag reminds me of French Vanilla wafers. Extra sugary smelling. The fragrance becomes more subdued once it’s mixed into the water which turns into a milky yellow moisturizing bath complete with a thin layer of foam on top. :deco2: There’s a thickening agent too that turns the water, well, thicker. Not mousse thick but a slightly syrupy consistency. It’s much less sweet smelling than the caramel version I tried before. I like it. It would be good to calm cravings maybe. It’s a very luxurious and feminine salt that feels like you’re pampering yourself in a dessert :)

Betty Boop – Sexy Spa

Another Betty Boop series bath salt in Sweet Muscat scent.
When I first opened the packet I was really overwhelmed by the scent. It’s a very perfume-induced grape scent! It’s called “sweet muscat” but really it’s a much sexier perfumed muscat I think! The salt color is nice though!!! Pretty pastel purple. Refreshing to see. And the water turns a milky pastel purple as well. It’s definitely sexy themed. Though it’s a nice salt that softens the skin a bit, but it’s a bit too fragrant to me. I think if you’re a fan of rich musky perfumes you’d really like this bath salt!

Betty Boop – Princess Spa

“Lovely Sugar Rose” scent. :deco1:

I was excited to try this salt after liking the spicy ginger sweat bath version so much. The salt smells like a soapy rose. It reminds me of Crabtree & Evelyn’s Rosewater body wash. I was happy to see the salt is a true rose pink color rather than hot pink like I expected and the milky pink color it changes the water into is nice. Definitely a more royal princess color than obnoxious cutesy hot pink. Sorry, I’ve just been trying out too many hot pink salts lately haha! lolol The rose scent softens after adding it to the water but still lingers throughout the bath. It’s nice actually. Good for a relaxing pampering soak. The water does feel to have some moisturizing effects too. Very soft water. :deco2:

The Bears’ School Bath Ball

Jackie’s one-piece collection!

Bath ball I bought at Kiddyland. It has a mountain fresh scent that turns the water clear bright green. Once the bath bomb dissolves you get this cute little bear figure to collect. I got a very disgruntle looking bear! Hahaha! She doesn’t even stand up. Oh well :P

Bath for Cold Sensitivity

Comes in essentially an oversized teabag full of spices that really enliven the senses. Ginger is a main spice included in this bath additive. Literally smells exactly like the Triple Leaf Cold and Flu tea I buy! The scent itself is very subtle. You just drop the full packet into the bathwater and it slowly diffuses into the water. I used this while I was just getting sick with a cold and suffering from the chills. It’s fairly effective. Not sure I would buy it again but it’s nice and subtle which is good when you’re not feeling well. The product itself promotes use during summer for summer colds caused by going in and out of cold air-conditioned buildings. lolol The packing is beautiful and this brand offers a lot more beautifully packaged aroma-therapy items for baths too. :deco2:

YAY bath salt post ❤ xD
Bath bombs are great! I browsed some of those sites you linked to where you get yours and there’s so many “mountain air”/cedar/”fresh air” scents that I’m really curious to try. I put it on my wishlist :)
BTW, do you have a preference in bath bombs vs bath salts? I tend to like the bombs more b/c I feel they’re more potent and mix better but that’s just me. :)
I like the cold one!! The packaging’s really cute…maybe I’ll try to get my hands on it :)
    (also kiddyland is the shit)

  8. Vickyy* says:

This makes me even more excited for the Bison hot ginger bath salts I ordered with my Train Onna No Yokubo tights today! ^o^~ Can’t wait to go back to my mom’s to use her bath and give myself a “yay-for-surviving-December-exams” treat! :3 Ahh baths are the best! I live in an apartment, so I usually just shower but luckily my parents live close enough that I can just take public transit home whenever I need a night of relaxation! Sometimes it is the perfect cure for stress and anxiety, isn’t it? :)

    • jenny says:

You’ve got a whole awesome package coming to you!! LUCKY!! Sweat baths and shape-up tights! Much needed loot for the post-holiday regrets, haha xD

It really is my #1 way to de-stress. I didn’t have a tub for a few years in college and it was… sad :(

  9. felicia says:

I really would like to try all of these out ; A ; Maybe when I have the time orz

  10. Vee says:

Oh I wish I could get some of these, the closest thing we have in england is LUSH which is really expensive but all the products are animal friendly. But these would seriously help my winter blues right now ^-^.

    • jenny says:

Ah yeah we have LUSH too! I find LUSH is great for gifts but I only rarely buy stuff for myself. Plus I prefer bath salt which they rarely sell x(

  11. Sora says:

Just out of curiosity since you’re so found of bath salt’s(?) What do you pass the time doing?
I particularly like showers so I’m preoccupied with cleaning and can’t seem to take a bath let alone lay there for an hour, haha.

  12. Tori says:
