Roses Round Two

So the roses Mike ordered and scheduled for delivery on Valentine’s Day didn’t show up due to the snowstorms. No big deal. He called ProFlowers just to see when they would arrive and to ask if they could refund the extra “delivery on Valentine’s Day” shipping fee. The roses showed up the next day but then another set showed up today courtesy of ProFlowers for all the trouble!

That’s what I call superb costumer service. They may have lost a dozen roses, but they gained costumer royalty in return which is priceless.

Beautiful roses, that was nice of them!
Long story short, we got locked out on Valentine’s and had to call a locksmith. The dinner my bf had planned was ruinned and we had to do valentine’s on Sunday instead. It certainly was a day I won’t forget, hahaha! -
