Feel the burn (17) 

Friday I got home from work, immediately put on my exercise clothes and did 50 minutes worth of tae bo, pilates, cardio, and free weights. I felt only a little sore Saturday and even less today. So I did some low-impact yoga today. (I’m not the biggest fan of yoga
, but stretching is good.)
Tomorrow I should be good for another 40 minute session! I’ve actually lost a couple of pounds already (I was surprised! Especially since I just want to tone up.) :aha:
I quickly scanned in some of my favorite exercise tips from various magazines and printed them out for a booklet. I’ll post many of them here though! If for any reason you need these larger just email me. There are 11 fairly large images under the “read more.” Click with caution

I feel awesome! (25) 

Today I did 40 minutes of cardio, free weights, and then took a 25 minute sweat bath whilst doing free weights! (TMI??… ) Anyway… I forgot On Demand had exercise crap, so maybe I’ll start doing it more again. Exercising will be SO easy once we move and have the huge wide open den to use! Oh Billy Blanks! You are trying to kills me!!!!!

A new Fisheye photo that I wasn’t crazy about but lovely Karen morphed it into something too pretty not to post! Gahahha
And also to the left you can see the new Flickr WP Plugin I installed tonight <3. My two latest obsessions are Flickr & chocolate soy milk (herro lactose intolerance!

Posted new Non-no scans. I LOVED the before & after make-up pages!!! Incredible!!! I mean… bottom of #16…. I mean, I feel bad for thinking this but holy~moly fugly to lovely!!!!!!
But of course that’s what they wanted so they could sell the make-up, right!?
