Cher Catalog (54)

Rinka from the Cher 15th Anniversary catalog. It’s from their original Spring/Summer 2002 catalog! This is when she was still modeling in JJ I think. I like her old modeling pics because she often had very short, boyish hair! It’s so adorable~

There were 4 but I only got 3. The first one wasn’t so great anyway~ LOL just Rinka’s head and arms. Sorry, I’m a lazy scanner sometimes!

I really like their catalogs and looks. It’s sorta an Americana nostalgic street style. It feels weirdly nostalgic to me. They tend to choose older vintage-style places to shoot too which reminds me a lot of my home town growing up. And many of their other shoot locations just scream summertime to me!

The other day Nana posted this really simple but adorable カジュアルなコーデ (casual coordinate) on her blog!

I looooooved the shoes! I think the shoes & hair really make this seemingly boring outfit quite adorable!

The shoes immediately made me think of MiiA’s
set of boots! They have a pair of reddish/hot pink and aquamarine! I LOVE THEM!!! Of course they’re not available on Fashionwalker, LOL

So I found a similar pair on Yesstyle only in red! What do you think? Hummmmm~~ I do like them, and red is my favorite color!! But are they too Ronald McDonald? LOL

I really love Nana’s~! They look like red plaid. Anyone know where to find similar ones? I feel like these were in fashion years ago and might be hard to find now?
