Buy me this… I just need 449K!

I wrote this a few days ago…

 I really want this house T_____T;;

The interior architure is so lovely and cute. It’s not too big either. It has a huge backyard already with privacy fencing up. It even has the footed tub I’ve always wanted in the second bathroom!!!!! I WANT THIS HOUSE!!! It’s in a good neighborhood too. It’s perfect…. or at least it would be if:

1) It ws put up for sale in Spring when we’re expecting to buy.
2) Was 50,000$ less. (400K or less)

Its price is right at our maximum. Why couldn’t it be just 50 less!? WHY!? I mean, it’s technically in our range, but RIGHT AT MAX which is unnerving. So I guess, it isn’t perfect. sigh~ Sure is lovely for a first home though. It looks so warm and cheerful inside. Big yard for a garden and koi pond. Lots of options with this house. Plus the resale on this house would be easy as pie given it’s location. *sad face*

Why is our county so damn expensive…. if I lived in my hometown I could afford to buy a huge house on the freakin’ beach!!! DAMN THIS CITY AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS!

Hey I completely forgot that you’re in MD. I live in Maryland!! Well, actually, I’m in India now, but we still have our house in MD and I go back every summer and I consider that my home. lol. Enuff blabbing.

I know what you mean about buying houses in MD. I live in Howard County and buying a house there is not ony really difficult cuz of the high demand but prices are really really high too. My family’s been living in Howard County since before I was before and it’s hard to believe how hard it is to get houses there now…whoo. Anyways, good luck

Ahhh! It’s such an adorable house! *squee-s with delight* Ahhh! 4-hundred thou (or at least the exchange to Oz currency - 7-hundred thou) that amount where I live would get you a mini-mansion with 6 rooms! Heh, oh well, I’m sure you’ll find a cute place! Gambatte-yo!

*fightng!*

that’s a cute little house I do not envy you to be buying a house in the DC area ;_; Maybe you’ll get lucky and the housing bubble will shrink a little bit by spring X.X the page says it was recently reduced, so perhaps that’s a sign that it has sat on the market for awhile?? (a good sign for you!)

lol if ur complainin u should come to vancouver, vancouver houses are never under half a million (unless it’s an apartment/ or a crappy townhouse) and most nice houses in nice areas are close to a million okay okay i know we are using canadian dollars, but it’s pretty much the same when u earn the same

man i know what you mean. it is so expensive to live around here. a new neighbourhood just went up near mine and there’s this huge sign that says, “STARTING IN THE LOW 900S!” like that’s a deal or something. w.t.f.

good luck on finding something you like in your price range; i’m sure there’s something out there!

That house is so cute! I can’t believe how much it is, though! O_O Wow, and I thought my county in Pennsylvania is expensive! It is so cute, and it would be lovely to have a koi pond in the back yard!

Take care! I hope you can get it!

Awe, what a cute house. That sucks that it has to be that high. Maybe when you’re ready to buy like in Spring you’ll find a great house with a good price. Over here it’s impossible to find a house that price, ~ The norm is about 660k, sigh. =___=;

I’m on dial up now and yes the dsl is STILL down. Just spent over an hour on the phone with AOL to get NO WHERE. Wait another 48hrs and see what they do, hmphhh. So annoying!! I’ll probably go to my grandma’s with my laptop and use the wireless there since I am so deprived and desperate for some net action, haha~

Have a great weekend if I don’t get to log on. I’ll email you when I get the chance, too.

muaaah~ I’m semi-back! Oh yes, I got your letter last Friday! Much thankies! I’ll send out mine on Monday or so, because it’s not finished yet. :(

ohmigod! I can tell why you want that house! It’s really lovely! But the price is a bit…. uhm…. expensive. I dearly hope that you’re able to find a much better house in your price range in Spring. Don’t worry too much about that. Or…. is there any chance to negotiate with the owner?

Ahh that house looks really lovely and arghh truly expensive! :( I hope you will be able to find a house that fits your budget and your taste… Buying a house becomes increasingly difficult for starters here in The Netherlands. I would like to buy an appartment in Amsterdam after finishing college and getting a job, so I’m already working hard to get financially ‘healthy’ and plan ahead *sigh* Ugh everything is so darn expensive… Anyway, goodluck with house hunting!!!! xoxo

Wow, that is a nice house! I really like the style. And everything you described sounds really nice as well Humm…too bad it’s expensive. Well, it seems most of the houses these days are so expensive. The houses at my town can cost double the amount of the houses in the town next to it. Mainly because of school district…Anyways, I hope you’ll be able to find a house just as perfect as this one (with a lower price) in the spring!

!!! that house is friggen ADORABLE! Maybe *hopefully* there wont be any biters and it will take forever and they will slowly drop the price 50k or so and then it will be springtime and it will be in PERFECT range for you guys! and then you could try to get it just a little lower! doubtful.. but cross your fingers, toes, and braid your hair a bunch!
