Wii Fit as a Marriage Counselor

Had an interesting “conversation” with Wii Fit the other day. Mike isn’t as dedicated to using it as much as I am…

Huh? Haahaahaa What kind of question is that?!

I dunno, “The Same” I guess *chose*

EXCUSE ME!!?? What they’d do, get my Irish Catholic grandmother to input nagging marital advice into Wii Fit!?

Haahaa, a “SIDE NOTE” ORLYYYYYYYYYY! I’m not sure who should be offended at this point! Hahahahaa
I’m so glad I made the cookies for tomorrow’s office party yesterday. I got home tonight and totally passed out for a good 2 hours. I’m so exhausted! Got too much to keep up with.

I do feel a little sad that my office didn’t do their traditional “Christmas field trip” this year. I think because so many people bailed on it last year it didn’t seem worth doing. *Sad face* I didn’t bail! Obviously. I always looked forward to it, but, oh well. Things change I suppose. OK, I’m bumming mysekf out! So, tomorrow will still be fun! Good food and more overeating on sugar for me! HAAHHA :cake:
John Frieda Sheer Blonde Talk
It might be a bit early for a review on either of these products but it’s been part of my daily routine since this weekend, so why not. I mentioned I picked up the shampoo & conditioner of the John Frieda line “Sheer Blonde” and after 2 days of using it I could already tell a subtle difference.
SIDE NOTE: I’m naturally blonde. Before college I was actually naturally a bleach blonde (with black Italian eyebrows. Thanks to my family being a mix of Italian and Irish, I am a haircolor freak of nature!) But due to long class hours and now long work hours my hair rarely ever sees the sunlight, thus, has darkened significantly (not to mention the possibility of darkening with old age! yikes! lol) ANYWAY~

I found the “Go Blonder” line Monday and have been using that for 2 days as well. I can already tell a difference between the 2 lines.
Sheer Blonde:
“Highlights Activating” line.I think I might like it more. It added lightness and shine to even my brown hair changing it into more of an ashy blonde color. It’s also half the price of the Go Blonder line. My super blonde highlights glitter & glisten like gold with this stuff!
Go Blonder:
Lightens but in more of a rich way. Hair looks richer in color, shinier, and healthier compared to the Sheer Blonde outcome. However not as “light” looking color-wise. Though this line is supposed to lighten over time, so I’m not gonna throw in the towel just yet. I’m going to go through the entire bottle first before deciding. Tough, like I said, my hair looks healthier with this line compared to Sheer Blonde.
:cutesy:
I sort of like them both, but Go Blonder is twice as much in cost. Thankfully I got it at CVS on a buy 1 get 1 sale.
Both products are ammonia and peroxide free and do not deposit color. It’s for both natural haircolor and color-treated.
And yes, they have a line for brunettes and redheads!
Got 2 photos. A before and after. Though I don’t think they’re too helpful since my hair color can look SO different depending on lighting. (And everyone’s computer monitor’s display are different too!) But these were taken using the same lighting and camera settings. Um, yea, I was a total mess in the before from this weekend. In my defense I took it in the morning before my shower after I had worn my hair waved the previous day! HAHAHAAA! The second picture is from today after work.

Like I said, so far the difference is subtle but more noticeable in person. Mike says he can tell a difference but perhaps he’s biased because he knows I’m using this stuff, hahahaa.
But, in short, I’m happy! I was looking for just a hair color pick-me-up, trouble-free. I didn’t want to go all out full on dye you know? I don’t have that sorta upkeep time to spare. I’m thinking of growing my hair out super long again and having to deal with dye wouldn’t be so fun. So yea, I’ll probably keep on buying from this line! :ohyeslovely: I also noticed my hair is finally breaking less! I guess my other shampoo was causing all the horrible breakage I’ve been having lately. Despite it being an “anti-breakage” shampoo! *fail*
