Overalls Overload!

I’m quite easily made self-obsessed over things. So when I buy something I’m particulary fond of I tend to get a bit obsessive about it! 
My latest purchase of overalls is no exception. I’ve done quite a bit of “image saving” of lovely Japanese models and alike donning either the exact pair of overalls or something similar. So I figured, let me share my plethora of saved obsessive pics!

I haven’t done one of these in a really, REALLY long time but I got tagged by Chaigyaru and it was a really cute one!

This will be kinda fun to reminiscence about! Let’s focus on High School shall we!? I can’t remember all of them but these are the ones that stand out. And yea, they’re all a bit random?
1. PETER FORSBERG
This was during my HOCKEY OBSESSION years. He was a talented swedish hockey player. Years ago I actually ran across another girl on a random BBS who had been obsessed with him too! *le shock!* I thought I was the only one.
2. JOHN CUSACK
Goddddddddd. Why does he suck so much now? Hahahaaa, anyway. ADORED. ADOOOOOORED. I loved the typecast characters he always played. (LOL) I’d pop in my VHS of Grosse Pointe Blank whenever I was feeling blue.
3. BECK
Eat your heart out Michael Cera, Beck was rocking your look long before you came along, hahahaaa
4. JAMES FRANCO
I’m talking pre-popularity James Franco too! When he was on Freaks and Geeks one of the BEST shows to hit TV in the late 90’s. This show SAVED my high school life. Seriously. High school sucked balls and finally a show actually resounded my sentiment!
5. CONAN O’BRIEN
Oh come on! I’m serious! I loved Conan since his show first started in the 90’s and yes, I totally had a crush on him! I like funny men 
And of course the horrible, horrible reality that his final show was Friday… HORRIBLE!!!! 
The point of this meme is probably to fill the internet with eyecandy. I fail at that. My tastes are always odd. Mike is the bizarre exception because he’s way out of my league, hahaahahahaaaaa!

I’m absolutely devastated that his show is over. :(
I don’t think it’s sunk in yet for me. I was nervous ’bout him switching over to The Tonight Show but it was gloriously true to his Late Night Show and thus WONDERFUL!! Plus to have Andy back.. genius!
I hate NBC right now. haaaaaaaaaaaate!
I hate them, too. D: Unfortunately, the two other TV shows I love (The Office and Saturday Night Live) are on NBC as well. Otherwise, I’d be boycotting them.
I totally feel you on the obsessive thing. Whenever I like one thing. I need more of it. I had this point where I obsessed over plaid and checkered prints and all I could buy were those patterns! I’m now also getting into overalls because of it constantly appearing in Popteen! They just make it look so cute!!! I have a bunch in my closet but they’re more spring & summer wear because they’re shorts. I have a tweed one but I can’t figure out what to wear inside. I haven’t worn that since last Fall/Winter. I still love it though~ I think denim overalls are still in for spring~?
Chinatsu always looks so darn cute in overalls~ I wish I had access easy access to her WC brand :(

Yea, I tried to buy some of the new stuff put on the WC site but it sold out in minutes!! They knew it would too b/c they had a release time and everything =___=;;

I dunno~ after High Fidelity his movies just started going down hill. American Sweethearts was funny, but not traditional Cusack, then Serendipity was just the death of my love for him!

You make me really want to get a pair of jeans overall! But I think I’d like the short ones better because I’d definitely get weird stares from people here wearing the long ones out, especially in the winter time! :(

OMG CONAN - Okay, so both John Krasinski and Conan still visit their families in Brookline + Newton (a part of Boston I usually visit) and it is SO PATHETIC that when I hear they are in town I’m like “LET’S GO VISIT, ANDY - uhhh… NO REASON” AHA

OMG James Franco was my favorite character on Freaks and Geeks, I remember watching it when I was younger and he literally made my heart throb whenever I watched it haha. I love overalls as well, but I have only recently started looking my age so I try to look a bit more adult. Regardless, overalls = epic win.

I lost count of how many pairs I own and I am wearing them every day. Whenever I find a pair in a shop that fits me, I have to buy it ;-)
