Snoopy for Easter

I gave up! I couldn’t do a full week of daily blogging, hahahhaaa! 
It was challenging! 
I spend the same amount of time online daily. I have enough time to either blog or blog surf. 
I really missed blogging surfing! So that’s what I did last night instead of write up an entry. 
Quick Question 
Should I scan in the W♥C catalog and put it up here for download? It’s really just the same pictures you can find of the collection at the official website, but I would scan it in at 1000px wide which might be useful to someone? hummm~ hummmmmmm~
Friday I finally snagged a pair of the elusive, and cheap, Ardell bottom lashes!! I say elusive because I’ve looked all over for them in my area and they’ve only ever been at 1 store which is an Ulta near my office. Haven’t seen them at other Ulta’s or CVS or Targets. If you’re interested they’re Ardell #112’s. Haven’t gotten to use them yet. :burp:
I went to Nordstrom’s today to look at the Shu Uemura Star Accent lashes. Couldn’t find them so I asked the MAC lash counter people. They said the only Nordstrom’s that carries them in-store is the one in Crystal City *sad face, I don’t want to go out that far.* They then tried to sell me MAC lashes but instead quickly asked why I even wanted lashes because my natural lashes looked great. I had to explain I was looking for the star accent lashes and she looked at her coworker and said, “Oh… she wants that glam glam stuff!” LOOOOL It’s kinda a moot point to explain the overly dramatic lash look I’m into to people who like “natural looking” false lashes.
So yea, went out to the galleria today. It’s warmer today than it has been ALL WINTER! I think the high was 52F??!! I actually wore shorts! OK, OK, layered with thick knit tights and boots plus a turtleneck and button up.
Button Up - I LOVE this jean shirt! I knew I wanted to get one this spring. I wasn’t 100% sure which one to go with. There are so many to choose from really. I saw Nana, weeks ago, wearing this one in her blog…

Figured out it was from Liz Lisa!!!
Sadly it wasn’t on the 109 webshop at the time. It only recently went up actually. BUT! I was browsing Yesstyle and saw one that looks pretty similar!! The only big difference is that there isn’t any lace on the sleeve cuffs. Sadly it’s sold out now. 
I actually got this shirt back in early February. Sorry about that guys.
Also stopped by Sephora. All the staff girls were wearing hot pink bob’ed wigs to promote the launch of Tarina Tarantino!! 
It was so adorable!!!! I was telling Mike about the launch as we walked in and he was like, “Huh? Wait what? A launch of who…. OOOOOOOH. I see now!” Hahahahaha, the moment he saw the wigs he put 2 & 2 together, Ha! He actually remembers the Hello Kitty line she did~ 
I tried 2 things. First I squealed over the white, Dollskin pressed powder! A GREAT POWDERED HIGHLIGHTER! White powdered highlighters are pretty hard to come by. Most U.S. highlighters are in liquid form. I’m gonna buy this when my Majolica Majorca compact runs out!
Also tried out the Dollskin Cheek in Carved Rose. It’s a really similar shade to the NARS Angelika I have which is used a lot in the vivid cheek looks.

Bought these adorable candy-filled Easter eggs with the Peanuts gang on em!! I LOVE PEANUTS!! Snoooooooopy! Even better, the candy is something I actually like! Jelly beans, Lemonhead, Red Hots, and Tropical Lemonhead! DELICIOUS & OLD-FASHIONED
That’s it today~~~~
Supposed to be warmer tomorrow!!! I think I might want to go walk around the city a bit!? Mid 50’s and with the sun out!? Too good to pass up

I know it was SO nice out today! *sigh* finally. I was about to have a winter breakdown
I dig the Western style stuff - it reminds me of the pretty equestrian girls I’d seen out in the cornfields in Iowa on my grandmother’s farm - so athletic and comfortable
The western look makes me think of the south… it’s nostalgia ftw

I love that denim shirt. I think I’d buy one if it came in a darker style maybe with black lace? Haha but then that would be a completely different look!

Basically I would choose some sweet fruit (like peaches or plums) or chew on some sugarfree gum (it’s still sweet & has fruity flavors!!) Also for chocolate cravings I drank fat free or diet hot cocoa. Anything under 100 calories is good because it’s still a snack size! You don’t have to cut out candy ALTOGETHER but just limit yourself when eating it! No buying full-sized chocolate bars or bags of candy. I think I would have failed at losing weight is I kept myself from having ANY candy. I found some small portioned, lower calorie candies like Sweettarts and Lemonheads and jawbreakers. I don’t know what candy you guys have though so I can’t suggest anything specific. But you MUST allow yourself some sweetness!

That’s great to hear it’s warm enough in DC that you can begin to wear more light items! The outfit you put together look so cute and it’s a perfect in between winter and spring sort of coordinate^^ I really want to resist the denim trend, but I know I should get atleast one shirt or jacket. But I refuse to give into the romantic look, no matter how many pages were devoted to it in the April Popteen!!
