OK, I don’t know why I thought I’d get a chance to blog update last night, hahahhaaa! 
I actually don’t have much time tonight either. After work I started with cleaning up the house. 
Laundry, scrubbing floors, mopping, vacuuming, dusting~ 
The whole shebang. But it’s done now! Though I still feel so heavy and stuffed from dinner. Peruvian chicken & yuca fries! 
“27″ balloons Mike got me
:sparkleup: Went to a cafe to have cake and snacks after I got off work. We each ordered a different cake and then ate 1/2 of each. :cake: Also got a delicious turkey BLT and yogurt bingsoo!!
The cakes were strawberry shortcake and fruit choco cake. Mike preferred the fruit choco cake because it wasn’t as sweet as the strawberry. Instead it was more cocoa tasting, slightly bitter. It was refreshing since most chocolate cakes tend to be instant cavity-inducing.
Now gifts!! Everything was really nice and unexpected. Mike got me~

I really told him it was OK if he didn’t get me anything but he insisted he’d get me “something.” I think he got me too much ooomg But everything’s so nice and well chosen
He said he knew I wanted the Shu Uemura star accent lashes but couldn’t find them. I hadn’t really seen these égérie lashes before. They’re the spring/summer 2010 collection. 
They have fake eyeliner extends on the sides I really like that!! 
I saw a few tutorials using them but some people chose to cut off the extended fake liner. GOD WHY!? That’s the coolest part about them! Mike even said he chose these because he wanted to get me a pair that were fun and funky. I just ask myself “What would Chinatsu do!?” HAAHAA OMG JUST KIDDING! LOL, but seriously. I’m not cutting off the extended liner! People are no fun

It was wrapped inside a LOWRYS FARM shopping bag too~
I started freakin’ the moment I saw nautical stripes, hahahaaa! I’m crazy about stripes this year.
It’s a great skirt but is long enough to be worn with leggings as a onepiece! I foresee me wearing this, like, EVERYDAY come summer time.

This post is full of such lovely food photos, and normally I’d be drooling all over those cakes but the turkey sandwich is really getting my attention today. I guess I’ve just been eating too much sugar recently.
You got such sweet and thoughtful gifts! Why would anyone cut the extended “eyeliner” it seems to really defeat the purpose of those lashes!!
wow that macaron card is one of the cutest cards I’ve seen this year. The little details are fabulous. Also that onepiece/skirt is so versatile, it’s really cute^^
I know that sandwich!!! We had our cakes and then the sandwich came and we were both paused just staring at it! The sandwich was seriously the best part weirdly enough.

I still adore those lashes and the eyeliner extended piece makes them even cooler.
I spend ages every morning doing the extended eyeliner bit, even when I wear lashes so that makes it so much more convenient and original

How does your hubby know what you are lemming/like?! Do you tell him? or shop with him? or he reads your blog? hahaha! I am asking so much because I want the bf to surprise me with things I like to! Instead of wasting the $ on something I don’t like. HAHA. But I guess it just boils down to how well we know each other. Right?

Love the treats! I always love strawberry cheesecake and shortcake! And waffle! And of course I wold choose the strawberry shortcake to the fruit choco cake! I think guys don’t eat strawberry shortcake. It is a GIRL flavor. And the yogurt looks heavenly! I don’t think my country have a place that sells yogurt like that. =(
I think it’s a mix of all that. We go shopping together. Also he follows my twitter and listen to me blab on about things I like. I don’t really tell him what to ever get me (though at xmas we do make long lists just to help each other out!) Usually if there’s smtg I’m dying to have I get it already for myself =Y, LOOOL *self spoiled.
