Morange

MAC lipstick in Morange shade. I’ve wanted this color for a while now.:deco13:

The assistant was really nice. :deco15: She said the shade matched my coloring. :up: Whether or not that was true I was planning to buy it already. :deco8: But she was so helpful I asked to see a nude lip pencil as well.:deco7: She gave me Stripdown.

I haven’t tried using a lip liner in ages but I wanted this to just keep unruly gloss from creepin’. :mad: I feel so noob at using it but I’m really happy :deco10: I finally picked one up. :deco2:

      I used Shopping Mall Japan. They’re OK, might be better ones out there but I used them before, can be a little confusing but do special orders which can be difficult to find. :)

    everyone has orange lipstick now, i’m wondering if i should try it…but i’m so afraid of ANY lipstick D: and…and ORANGE?? what a ‘random’ colour. but it still seems to fit a lot of people!!

      If you can try it on in stores definitely do! I tried it on first of course. I liked it but it is vibrant but you can easily tone it down. I wore it toned down one day and Mike said it looked better vibrant! LOL Funnily enough I really like how it looks but I will NEVER like how bright red lips look on me :X Strange I’m ok with orange’ish.

    Gorgeous color! I always use lipliner, I cant tell if its worthwhile putting it on or not :/

      I can tell a difference with mine. My gloss doesn’t creep past my lip line when I have it on which is great b/c it’s the main reason why I got it :D

    & honestly, is it part of the MAC counter’s job to sell matching lip liners? I thought it was weird when they recommended one for me since I never use them, but I guess they’re supposed to keep the lipstick in place or smtg? XD lol

      Yea, hum, she first asked if I wanted a matching gloss but then I brought up the liner because with my Candy Doll lip gloss it creeps past my lip line SO badly sometimes I couldn’t stand it anymore! So yea, the lip liner keeps color in its place and I’m really noticing a difference! Also the slightly more defined lips is nice :D

    i want try more different things now, mac has great colors but i always feel self conscious going into their stores because of all the glass windows…but yeah i’ll go in..hahaha

    And the lipstick is a gorgeous color..!♥ I was gonna buy some lipstick from the MAC store in Osaka, but I realized they charge double than what it costs in the states ;__; Sooo shocked..

      Yea I saw that collection a couple times now. Some of the colors are nice but I have something similar already except for red,… but I don’t feel comfortable wearing red lips :P

    I love orange lipstick right now! AND I LOVE STRIPPED DOWN!!!! Try it w/ pink lipsticks too.. it totally tones it down and makes it a little softer depending on what kind of pink. Also, if you’re nervous about the liner, to avoid that hard liner look try double or even tripple lining your lips as in not just doing one solid line, make it a bit thicker so it blends more! Or you could apply the liner after you put the lipstick on

    lol i am afraid of orange lipstick because of my skin tone. i have no idea if i’ll end up looking like an oompa loompa or something AHAHA

      Yup! It’s the brightest lip color I own now :) You should try it on in stores at leas, Sephora has a bunch of orange shades too this season :D

    Ahh, you’re phone case~! I need to get myself one.

    I was apprehensive about Morange and how it would look on me (I’m blonde and very pale), so I opted for Vegas Volt instead for the orangey lipstick trend. I thought it would be more wearable for my skin tone. But I’m still lusting after Morange so I’ll have to pick it up at some point. haha. Oh well, I’ll have two great lipsticks!
