Well I feel dead. :cry: Over 3 hours spent at an Outlet Mall in 90F weather. I’m even a tiny bit red on my shoulders. :ng: I didn’t really find anything though. Everything was kinda boring clothing-wise. :mad: I think I’ve officially gotten over my “BUY IT, IT’S CLEARANCE” habit where I would buy stuff I only sort of liked just because it was super marked down. :?:

I went shopping yesterday too. Tried some things on at Zara but, per usual, didn’t love anything enough to buy. :deco13: Most of the stuff fits a bit strange on me. Mostly because of my lack of height. lolol This was yesterday’s outfit, it was pretty hot out then too… :sunny:

In the green bag are some new rain boots! :rainy: I’ve been wanting shorter boots. Since I take the train I need them on rainy days. But a lot of times it’s raining in the morning but not the afternoon but then I’m still stuck wearing these HUGE loud rain boots. :deco13: And people comment on them nonstop. It’s nice, I do appreciate that they like them and everything… but… I really don’t like my old ones anymore. They’re too cutesy-pootsey for me. :ng: So when people point, giggle, and comment I just sort of hate being bothered by it. :;_;: I’m on the traaaaain. I’m just trying to get to work/home I don’t want to talk. I sound like a dick, :ng: it’s hard to explain. It was just something I wanted to change. :;_;: After a while it just felt a little like I’m some living doll on display that people talked to as if I’m a child. :mad:
Just saying… :P

So these new ones are shorter, have a nice point toe… oh yeah there’s a bow! HAHAHAHAA! :?: Well they did have all black mid-calf round-toe ones without the bow. But I liked this shape better and height. I can wear them under my pant legs if it’s no longer raining. I sorta like the bow too, hahahaa! :P They had the same pair only peach boots with black bows that were SO CUTE too! These new ones come to my ankles while my old boots were knee-length. BIG difference. :ok:

I think I had my old rain boots for over 3 years. :ok:

After shopping we stopped and got a late lunch. I got “Passion Maki.” And have I mentioned the storms disappeared and it’s crazy sunny ALL WEEKEND!

I’ve been inspired by my Tumblr dash but I don’t think I’ve ever purchased anything directly because of it. Until now! :celebrate:

I saw this La Garçonne link roll through with a Comme des Garçons PLAY tee and it was such perfection I began dwelling on buying it for a few days, then, I finally did! :)

It’s a long sleeved tee with blue and white border. :deco12: I should stop buying border items but it’s practically my shtick at this point. :lol: I actually wore it to work yesterday despite it literally being 90F. It’s always freezing in my office. :deco13: Sure enough it still got so cold in the office I had to put on a cardigan :P. Waiting for the train wasn’t too bad either. :sunny: Just pushed the sleeves up. It’s a pretty breathable tee so I’ll be at least wearing it to work this summer or out at night with a skirt/shorts. ::9: :deco2:

Just a little back story, Comme des Garçons is a Japanese brand who make a less “couture” line of tees, cardigans, sweaters, etc. called PLAY. Always marked with the infamous red heart eyes logo.

Well TGIF long weekend time! :celebrate: I already got home & immediately took a nap today. :ok: About to go to bed still though. Catch up on sleep. :deco16: Not sure what I’ll be doing tomorrow~~ play it by ear because it’s likely to storm some more! :?: :rainy: NIGHT~~ :deco16:
