Japan is Food Love (36)

It’s about midnight so that means I’m…
1: UP LATE to my standards
2: HUNGRYYYYY FOR MIDNIGHT MUNCHIES!
So I wanted to blog to cure boredom and torture myself since I’m gonna post way too many photos of food from our honeymoon!

Mister Donut

THEIR DONUTS ARE SO CUTE!!

Their mascot is the cutest!
My friend warned that Krispy Kreme tastes better so she was trying to talk me out of getting Mister Donut perhaps, hahaha, she’s right. Mister Donut had WAY more variety of cuteness but their donuts taste… I dunno… oil based doughy or something. But I was warned so my expectations were low to begin with. No disappointment here!
That was a big part of the fun for us on the trip, the comparing of US brands to Japanese with my friend. The grass is always greener situation for both of us. It was really fun to see what she loved and was into for the States and I know she got a big kick out of seeing the stuff I was targeting (such as a big ass bag of bath salts she spotted in my hotel room & giggled at, hahaha)

Boots From Japan (34)

I can tell it’s going to be a long week. I don’t have anything planned to work on at the office but when I get in stuff just comes up and I end up maxed out all day. After work has been stressful too unfortunately. Oh well. I can’t do anything about these particular stresses except to just move past them, don’t let them get to me.
I think that’ll be pretty doable come the end of the week
So I didn’t have much room in my luggage to bring shoes back from Japan (epic cry :crazycry: ) but I did get to purchase 2 pairs of cute “fun” boots! I say “fun” because compared to my other boots I wouldn’t consider these “work appropriate.”

I’m Back From Japan! (58)

I’m back! Jet lag and all. I’m still trying to adjust to being home & being back at work
. But nevertheless, Japan was perfection.. PERFECTION.! The only bad part was having to leave
. I don’t know where to begin!!
So much to share, so many wonderful experiences!
I met up with my long time penpal and friend.
Mike calls us “soul mates.” She was amazing~~
Hanging out with her felt so natural, as if it was something we did every weekend. I got to spend 2 full days with her and saying goodbye… well, there were a lot of tears needless to say
. That’s what I miss more than anything… I miss my friend
… a lot. BUTTTTT no more tears! I want to focus on the happy things! like
!!
ALSO, huge THANKS to every wonderful person who congratulated me and commented!! I mean… wow!
It really means a lot to me. And a special hello to all of those 1st time commenters! I appreciate you guys coming out of the wood work and waving hello! I hope this blog continues to be a fun place you guys can stalk
heeheehee
So I was thinking, how can I update without loading all 3GB worth of photos or boring the crap out of people with psycho long paragraphs???
So I figured I’ll just post stuff by relevance
OKAY, so here’s 5 things I did or LOVED!
