Full of BBQ

Just got in from an office BBQ Mike’s boss had! 
I ate sooooo much I think I’m gonna pop! 
When I’m done typing this I’m gonna go play Just Dance for the next hour~ 
burn off roughly 200 calories, hahahaaa! 
I’m so excited for Just Dance 2!!!!!!!! Finally there’s a “Sweat Mode” where you just burn off calories!
So Friday I was really hating my haircut.
I was REALLY hating that whole morning it was so FML to the max!! 
Honestly I’m over it now 
, I realized I hadn’t had layers in nearly a year!!! 
So I haven’t been fully curling my hair in a long long time and was just out of practice. It’s like riding a bicycle because it’s coming back to me now~ Haahaaa~
This was my hair at work after I realized just some backcombing was needed. I haven’t been backcombing in months & month either!!!!!! I had that sleek 1-length cut since last summer~! It was pretty carefree actually but I wanted change.
I had plans to go out and eat Friday night. Business casual place so I wore my new skirt. Didn’t want to be too dressed down but not too dressed up either. I made a really quick fake bob. Mike was like, “…. how did you do this!?” *stares at my hair forever until he realized it was pinned up & under in the back!*
Got froyo later!
I was looking at Natsumi and her adorable bob~ Thinking maybe I’ll go shorter in a month or 2 if I’m still not loving having all the layers back. I’ve had my hair short before (I’ve only had “long hair” for maybe 3 years now~ super short here!) Till then I’ll work on doing different faux-bobs to see if I really do want to chop it off

Nah~ I’m sticking to growing em out still! Though I do like them at this length so if I were to cut them they’d be like this again~ but my stylist agreed I’d look good with no bangs so I’m gonna see! At the length they are now I can still part them in the middle too~~~
Yea I know what you mean. It’s like Kanako!! Her face looked really gaunt when she was way down on her weight but now it looks healthier again since she’s gained a bit. But then there’s Nana-chan and I feel bad b/c she has the cutest sorta pudgy face but she’s super skinny too and I didn’t really realize till after I was following her blog for a bit! haahaa
Super cute bob and nautical outfit! I always have long hair commitment issues, but once I chop it all off I feel so much lighter and carefree and low maintainence lol. Japanese weight loss ads always irk me because its usually a 50kg>40kg loss..

There’s a bunch of different ways to do a faux bob but I did this way:

And my bangs I just use a straightener and twist the ends outward as I straighten

The JustDance Game seems to be a lot of fun! I saw it in TV as a CM already but thought it wouldn’t be this good.. now I envy the people with a wii again. Q_Q
Your outfit is cute and the bob suits you! ^-^ I think it’s good to have both options..long hair and bob. I used to do such fake-bobs as well and I got _always_ asked if I cut my hair. I could do this a hundred times, people kept asking me.
I really like it for staying active~ I used it a lot this winter since I couldn’t get out

A straightener! I twist the straightener counter-clockwise as I straighten out the fringe. You can use a curling iron too & just curl under the tips but I prefer the straightener

I had to practice doing it and then finally it was like an “ah-ha” moment when I realized I SERIOUSLY had to twist the straightener, like, COMPLETELY OUTWARDS and taa-daa!

the short hair really suits you. i was wondering if you did get a hair cut! but yah! the pinning up the back hair is definitely an alternative to actually getting a hair cut! i do that now with my hair growing out, its beginning to look out grown in the back but i don’t wanna get another cut either!
i think if you could get a cut like the pinned hair do, it would be really cute!

I personally think you would look out of this world cute with Natsumi’s bob (the first rows). Short hair is much more practical and fun, it takes shorter time to wash and dry and you can play with styling gel. Go for it if that’s what you want!
