New green blouse

So happy. Yesstyle order arrived this past week. It’s an order of 3 blouses and a few other things. I am so in love with the mint green blouse! The front ruffles flutter like waves. I love blouses. I can wear them to work but more casually too. Recently I appreciate simple things with a twist. Like the “WAVEFRILL” mint blouse with its ruffles and wide shape.

Unfortunately the mint color is now sold out but looks like pink is still in stock. With the below black blouse I had a really hard time choosing color! All the colors were great including pink, ivory, and mint! But I went with black because I only have 1 other black blouse. This one with the cut-outs. But this new blouse I can wear to work.

The white blouse (direct link) is a dolmen cap sleeve-like style with a V neck and double pockets. The black blouse (direct link) is a mandarin collar with slightly wider, volume 3/4 sleeves. It’s length is also longer than typical blouses and runs longer in the back. Simple, basic, but still special and different.

So as for this past weekend. I was mostly sick. I woke up Saturday with a mild flu. But I went to see Conan O’Brien Can’t Stop anyway!! It’s a small documentary of Conan’s Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television tour. If you saw the tour you’ll love this movie! And even if you didn’t, but you love Conan and find yourself relating to his self-deprecating often snarky humor… you’ll love it too! I could have easy watched the uncut and raw footage of these behind the scenes for more than 30 hours, I don’t care! Ok, ok

Then afterward we stopped by the BBQ Battle and got our picture in front of the infamous Oscar Mayer Wienermobile plus wienermobile whistles!! I’ve never seem the Wienermobile on the road. Sightings are a bit rare, right! I’ve always wanted to see it.

So yeah the rest of Saturday and Sunday I was lying on the floor pretty much dying and marathon-ing Psych. Though I went to work today. An Advil got me through the day and I’m starting to feel better’ish.
