Oh Hello

I tried catching up on blogs tonight. Since switching RSS readers I can more easily read blogs on the go; but commenting, even on the iPhone, is a bit difficult and time-consuming. I’m not trying to make excuses, just worried some of my favorite bloggers might wonder where I disappeared to.

I won’t claim I’m super busy either. More so I’ve been both pre-occupied as well as bored. Though I have gotten a ton of Christmas shopping done! Actually everything except for Mike. His birthday is next week so I shopped for that first.

We were talking about age the other morning. Really I keep forgetting mine and think I’m a year younger. But it finally sunk in during our conversation. And not in a bad way, but in an epiphany sort of way.

Really I keep wanting to write these “New Years” end of year summary type entries about personal growth and frivolous things but it would make more since to wait until 2011 is over. And not like anyone is waiting with bated breath for it.

This past week & 1/2 I’ve been obsessed with the Kastane staff blogs again. I guess I’m in a super casual clothing mood. Or “trad worker” mood as described by Kastane’s concept. I think the fact I’m really obsessed with wearing my denim shirt more is fueling this!

Last night I cleared off Mike’s books from the nightstand and replaced them with a few bottles on my body lotion.

I only moved his books onto the shelf below including his book light.

But there is a spare chair in the corner next to the nightstand that’s not being utilized. I’m going to keep my warm fuzzy house-coat there too all winter so I don’t forget it! Oh… Slippers too!!!
