SBY Goods and Circle Lenses (93)


First off thank you everyone for your concerns about my morning. Snowy roads + racing to catch my train = crashing into a snow bank. Luckily I’m OK, the car’s now (dent was popped out thankfully) OK, and I should have known to WALK to the train today. I just FORGOT that it had snowed last night!

Secondly, new layout! Is it too pink?! HAHAHAA
I actually had Valentine’s Day in mind when I made it. No Tsubasa this time, but only because I saw this WC ad Chinatsu did in PopSister and it seemed lovely~~

So things haven’t been ALL bad luck this week! Yesterday my best friend’s xmas package finally arrived! Then today my circle lenses I ordered also finally arrived!~ My friend’s gift was postmarked December 12th or something. Ridiculous given how quickly items usually reach us. It had some inspection sticker I’ve never seen before on it too. Heightened security measures no doubt~

Ranzuki How To Distress Jeans (42)


MERRY CHRISTMAS
THEME TIME!

You know I always gotta have a Christmas theme! So I threw this together. Mike approved of my fail Xmas lights drawing on the banner, haahaa. Hey, I was just happy he could tell they were Xmas lights! This will be up after Christmas for a little bit given I’ll be super busy so… yeaaaa

I saw this how to distress jeans tutorial in Ranzuki and I immediately thought of my outcast-ed jeans from my last post! I want to try it!! I’ve been wanting some really, really distressed jeans.
I already have some that look like this…

What I’m talking about are super stringy distressed! I want to wear colorful tights, like my leopard tights, underneath them!! I haven’t been able to find much in the moderately priced stores here that live up to these looks…

Left is from Popteen obviously, the right is Wei Son from her blog. I know this outfit’s a bit out there but I freakin’ LOVE it! I dunno, I just do! I don’t think I’d do such big gaps on the top though (LOL)

This is the Ranzuki how to, I went ahead and googled a few other how-to’s for distressing too. Since I want to do something so intense it’ll probably take a while. So I’ll do it tomorrow.

I’m hoping it doesn’t start snowing too badly in the morning. I really want to go to Dean & Deluca’s for a Yule Log Cake ! But it’s saying 100% chance of snow! I’ll just have to see how the morning weather is.
