WC Stuff & Burgers (53)


WC Cute Friends!
Tokyofasghion.com has featured some girls who run around decked out in ダブル シー clothes together and it’s so cute!

The Spring line has been slowly added to the store site day by day. I check it, obsessively, daily hahaaahahaa! So far anything I would want is already sold out by the time I check it. Like this tank that I saw on there this morning. I’d want the dark colored ones but only yellow is available. I did manage to win a Yahoo Auction for this t-shirt though! It’ll be a few weeks before I get it


This sweater was still available for purchase but sold out while I was typing this up! CRAZY~~

Chinatsu has been wearing these over-sized belts lately in her blog pics~

Wish I could have snagged these overalls, though I love my Buzz Spunky ones too~

The W♥C shop staff blog is another stalking site of mine, it’s nice to see the staffs’ coordinates and showing off the new items. I really liked this girl’s coordinate! So I thought I’d put something similar together! I have a large striped cardigan but it’s yellow + white and long… didn’t really look good. So I swapped it out for gray polka dot short cardigan!


I’d wear it out this weekend but we’ve got another giant show. They say between today and late Saturday night we could be getting 28″ or more! WTFFFFFFFFFFFF~
It’s very beautiful but Jenny gets cabin-f*ckin-fever yo!

Thank god we went out and grabbed a quick bite for dinner last night! Then it was off to grocery shop for a few things we ran out of. Bread. Of all things we needed bread during the panic of a looming snowstorm! Bread sells out anytime there’s a snowstorm scare Thankfully no one seems to like whitewheat bread like us so there were a few loaves left! Also needed more lunches for work AND I was out of apples. As I’m typing this my life seems ever increasingly boring, hahahaaa


“mini” veggie burgers. Yea they’re not that small huh?! I couldn’t even finish both And no, I’m not vegetarian, I just love vegetable-things, hahahaa~!


New York Trip~

Even though it’s not until April, Mike & I are 99.9% positive we’re gonna take a trip to New York for my birthday~~!!
Just for my birthday weekend, so not long. But longer than the LAST time I went to New York which was about 7 years ago. I got really sick and only got to spend about 8 hours in the city. I spent the rest of my time barfing in Jersey at a family member’s house. So yea, I DIDN’T GET TO DO MUCH! We’ve talked about how we really should visit again since it’s so close~

We’re gonna take the train (I love trains, shut up!) It’s a really short train ride and cheaper than flying & less stressful than driving. I know there’s a Kinokuniya Book Store & UNIQLO there, but any other suggestions? Is there really purikura at Kinokuniya or just a rumor? Also any hotel suggestions? Is staying in a hotel near Penn Station a good idea or horrible? Suggestions prease!!


~~ Speaking of trips we did our taxes this week and we have plenty to take a nice 2 week vacation to Japan this year!! Mike wants to go in September for our second anniversary, so we’ll see D, I know I want to make it down to Kyoto this time as well as Tokyo again but since it’s much further off I probably won’t really talk ’bout it much till I have more concrete plans~~ I don’t usually like to announce things premature~ I’m just excited & relived too because we had said we’d go back within 2 years, probably gonna spend every day with my BFF there XDDDD yaay for taxes *hahahaaa

Jenny’s Boom (48)


Rinka’s Barefoot Dreams Parka~~




Mike found a US site that was selling it! It’s called What She Buys. I like how they even explain who Rinka is, hahahaaa

Onto “my boom”~~
Boom, meaning what’s popular right now; but on a more personal level it means what YOU’RE obsessed with at the moment. It’s hard to miss “BOOM” sections in any magazine these days. I figured I’d do a little コデ (code short for coordinate or コーディネート!) boom post. I’ve been doing a bit of online browsing looking into buying a few things from Japanese stores. It goes hand-in-hand with my resolution for 2010.


My resolution
I have been thinking about it since the summer really. Having to buy new clothes that fit me better and all too. I’m a bargain hunter, through & through. I’ve bought lots of things I only sorta liked only because it was on sale. I feel I wasted a lot of money on buying clothes that were a bit like what I REALLY wanted. Often times it ended with me having a bunch of tops and bottoms I rarely wore. Why? Because they weren’t EXACTLY what I wanted in the 1st place! What is it I really want???? JAPANESE BRAND CLOTHES OF COURSE!

I never bought any using a shopping service because it seemed terribly expensive. But then I realized just HOW much I was spending every weekend on clothes I only sorta liked because it would “remind” me of something I had seen in Vivi, Pinky, or Popteen. Honestly I think it’s gonna even out, if not even be cheaper in the end! Because the second thing I want…. less clothes. I know that might sound crazy, but a part of me sort of misses the college days when I was so limited. It made it easier, swear to god! And not only that, I have these random things in my closet that don’t match with anything else! Ugh, frustrating!

And then I see models who’s style I admire (Nana is my BOOM at the moment, LOL, followed by Jun Komori) and they don’t really have this over-flowing closet either. They’ll wear the same pieces in different ways over and over. Sorta like those 14 days coordinate spreads, haahaa! But really. I’d rather have 5 amazing coordinates I adore rather than 50 pieces of clothing I only sorta liked and can make a few nice coordinates from.

OK, onto my fashion boom!
