slippery when wet… and icy

Today was one of the longest days. Maybe not long b/c that implies crappy… it was a full day. I had intended to be out tonight celebrating w/coworkers at a farewell party, but the weather was so bad, and then the person I would walk from the pub with decided to not go, and then my back started hurting…. and I have a million reasons why I didn’t go. Though, I know I missed out.

It was, however, very lovely getting off the train today into a world of white bliss (snow!) But then I nearly slipped and died 10 times and remembered how snow can suck.
