Embroidered Tunic from Saturday
Monday, September 19th, 2011 | 48 Comments

I got this new tunic from Monab on Yesstyle. It has this beautiful embroidered area and a ribbon tie in the back! It’s such a sweet and natural style piece. I wore it out to Georgetown Saturday. Though it could easily be more of a spring time
piece I paired it with my crop faux fur-trim military jacket. I wanted to wear sandals with it but it was SO COLD that day I went with Minnetonka moccasins.

An image of the back taken from the Yesstyle.com page.

The embroidery reminds me of Oktoberfest = autumn feeling hahaha.

So precious! I love the sweet embroidery details and your outfit. Like a mix of folksy and chic street style.
Yeah I loved the folk look of the embroidery
super cute! i love how the embroidery reminds me of pixelated video games :3
Hahahahahah *insert 8-bit music here*
Its cold there? I’m sooo jealous. Its only cold at like 6 in the morning when I walk to school. Then it becomes increasingly hot.
Yeah this weekend was but it’s warming up again now but we’ll see. It’s hard to tell. The weather this year is very out of the ordinary so not very predictable.
Oh my god, super adorable! I like how it’s sweet and simple yet versatile
Yea, figured just right for super casual days because it’s super easy to just throw on
That tunic is so cute! I think it would be really easy to wear it in the summer and fall. The white floaty-ness of it is great for the summer, but the embroidery looks so warm and fall-ish. Does that make sense? haha~
Love the way you coordinated it~
Hahaha I think this is exactly how I feel about it actually!! *high fives all ’round*
It’s not really my style.. but it looks cute on you =D
It’s really lovely and sweet~ The bow in the back is very cute!
Thanks Lorik
It’s for super casual days like Saturday rolling out of bed at 7am (I usually try to sleep at least until 8 on weekends. My luxury~~)
Such a nice outfit. I really like the way you pair up. Really inspire me. I couldn’t stop reading your blog again and again.
…
Ah I wish I could find time to update more often x(!! Thank you though
Oh my goodness that is a super cute tunic!
Ah thanks!
I noticed this top in your last post, haha! It’s so adorable & looks like it came straight from the Flower boutique you posted about last week ♥♥
I know right D: I feel lucky I can get my hands on something similar or else I’d 1: go mad, 2: go mad & start paying triple price for importing LOL
I love embroidered tunics. This one looks fabulous on you! The jacket you paired it with is perfect ~
Thank you dear! Yeah I’ve wanted something embroidered lately. My old items I had to donate away.
That top is super cute! I especially like the capped sleeves and sash in the back. I can’t believe it’s cool enough you can already wear a jacket, there though. DD:
I love your blog. Getting caught up now~
Yeah it dipped into the 40F’s this weekend but it climbing back up to 70’s now. Our weather has been unstable all year LOL
I love your new bang! And jacket, which brand is it again?
The jacket I got from Express about a year ago
I saw it many times and I really love it
Wow, you look cute as always! Love the green parka
Thanks! It’s my favorite
I know this post is about the tunic but gosh I love your satchel! lol It was the first thing that caught my eye! Gorgy! Though the tunic is lovely too! =D
Do you have afternoon tea places in your area? I think you’d love it!
Hahaha thanks. Yeah I use it daily I’ve fallen so in *love* with it
Sadly no, we don’t really have tea places like that around here. The ones we do have focus more on green teas which I do enjoy visiting but they serve items like dumplings and sushi.
pretty and very girly Jenny!
LOL thank you Ada
Oh gosh that’s so cute!! I love the moccasins too!
How is Yesstyle’s shipping? Does stuff come pretty quickly? I keep wanting to order things through them but then I’m not sure how long I’ll have to wait for them…
It varies on whether or not the items are in stock. Once everything is ready the shipping is very quick. I get it within 3 days. However if the item is not in stock (1-2 days) and says something like *ships within* - “2-3 weeks” or “21 days” it will definitely be much longer.
Oooooh okay awesome! Thank you!
It suits you! Adorable and beautiful!!! (>3
Thanks Momo~~
Love your safari jacket!
Thank you darling! I was looking at your blog the other day, you’re always looking AMAZING!
Jennny you’re soooo cute! I love the tunic!

Hahahah right back at you ;x
I think the tunic is so adorable, and you paired very well with the moccasins and military jacket. It was a good mix. x Tati
Why thank you Tatiana
I’ve wanted to shop at yesstyle for so long because of you, but I always get overwhelmed by the choices. Somehow you always manage to find these amazing items!!
I know, they have soooooooooo many shops shipping through them. My “wishlist” is like 500+ items hahaha! I search for keywords. I think I found this one through searching “embroidered.”
